Are these values normal in CS2 with RTX 3070ti and R5 7500F?

Processor : AMD Ryzen 5 7500F 3.7GHz - 5.0GHz
CPU Cooler : Arctic Freezer 34 Esports Duo
Video Card : Galax RTX 3070 TI 1-Click OC Feature
SSD : Kioxia Exceria M2 NVMe 500GB 1700MB-1600MB/s
PSU : FSP Hydro 500W

in CS2 i started to experience strange mikro stuttering at some times. since this doesnt always happen, i thought it was related to game optimisation, but i thought i would download RivaTuner to make sure and open a topic.

heat cpu-gpu usage, etc. in the 1 minute video below. are the general values normal values for a game like CS2 and for my system? if normal is there anything you recommend me to do now in case of any problems in the future? (i pulled the fans to 100% myself, i do it this way every time i enter the game. temperatures are like this despite it)

Please, turn on frametime graph and 1% and 0,1% min fps to see "spikes" (drops). CPU is kinnda hot at 77 C. What cooler?

the recommended psu wattage for the 3070ti from nvidia is 750w... but i think a good 650w psu should be fine for it
your 500w might be limiting your performance? but looking overall at your system it should use less than 500w
but you are experiencing micro stuttering.. which means the cpu might be thermal throttling and not boosting correctly thus you get stutters here and there...
could you take some pics of your computer so we can see the fan setups making sure the case is getting enough airflow

i'd still think get a 650w psu

i'd still think get a 650w psu

everyone recommended 650W like you. when i build this system, i installed it on a 500W PSU for testing purposes only and i did not have the slightest shutdown problem in any game, etc. Therefore i preferred to stay at 500W. but i guess i need to upgrade as you said.

Those "recommended" PSUs are for the worst PSUs on the market. With a good quality PSU, you can totally skip those.

from the video i can see the processor jumping from 4.9 to 3.9 then back up again and down again consistently especially cpu 7,8,11,12
but i didnt see any massive dip that would cause micro stutters... but the fps is all over the place from around 500 to 300 especially when the cpu drops down the speed...
only at the start of the round where i saw 90 but during gameplay it looks fine

Very unstable frame rate.

You would be better off using the built - in frame cap not one above it, it will only exacerbate the issue.

Lower frame times, consistent FPS really help the feel of the game.

You may be better off with just 300 FPS as your maximum frame rate.

This is normal Ryzen behavior, it's actually faster like this oddly.

but whenever i do fps limiting i feel input lag. when i do fps_max 0 again and i feel the difference a lot.

in the previous 2 videos, there was not as much microstutter as i told you. but in this video i constantly experienced exactly the problem i had. if you watch the video very carefully, there are occasional stutters in my right and left turns. these stutters are not related to video rendering, this is exactly the problem i have.

confirm here I did build with 3070Ti and 12500 with 650W Gold SeaSonic Focus PSU, stable and no problems.

sometimes the frequency of some cores flows. Seems to be as soon as temp is 78 C. Even it shows 75 W of CPU, Arctic 34 is kindda budget cooler. Even Deeppcool AG500 for same price is way better.

im embarrassed to say this, but after reading a lot of forums, subscribing to a lot of forum sites, downloading a lot of programs, formatting the computer about 3 times to fix the problem, I found out that the problem was actually related to my mouse xd. when I plugged the mouse into the front usb socket instead of the usb socket on the back of the case, the problem was fixed. thanks for your help.
