If i may make a suggestion, i'd suggest changing the poll options to the following:

1 - no issues
2 - installation issues
3 - game playing issues
4 - browser related issues

EDIT

And ... i missed the part where the poll closed Dec 13th ...

Tried to find an edit button here...;) No luck, so I'll post this here. I actually was able to fix all my problems--the ones I reported above. Here's what it boiled down to:

1) Install the 19.12.1's, and rebooting, if you aren't already running them, of course

2) Through Programs and Features, uninstall 19.12.1, and reboot

3) Install the 19.12.3's using the "Factory Reset" Option, and reboot

Viola, driver is now working as intended. Earlier problems--gone. It took me awhile to figure this one out because when I used the factory reset option with the 19.12.2's, it didn't work! The 19.12.2's should be skipped entirely, imo.

XFX RX480 here, with my old Monitor (8 years) , Res 1680x1050 , Vsync , I guess I have zero issue.no Screen flickering , no stutter , hell even I can watch 4K clip on VLC or Youtube with vivaldi/Firefox/Opera without any problem.I never use chrome.

Yes all the time little things like not working controls start, flashing objects not working vsyc, enhanced
Only internet is now smooth.

NIOH no longer even opens when using a RX 5700 XT. Crashes back to desktop soon as it opens the game window.

I haven't tested it by putting in another GPU like a RX 580 to see if its more exclusive to the RX 5700 XT or not, but it deff ran on the driver versions prior to the major December update. I didn't play it on 19.12.1 or 19.12.2 (I did use those version, just didn't try playing NIOH on them) but other report the same issue occurring so I'll take their word

Otherwise I haven't seen more bugs like that. My GPU seems to be finicky with VRAM OC. I can't get it over 1830 without guaranteed game crash within a hour of playing. It is on custom water loop with two 360 rads so I have tons of cooling power and it still does this issue with max voltage and power. The new drivers seem to make that even more finicky giving me blue screens soon as I loaded up same exact wattman profile (or whatever it is called now, I know it not wattman anymore). This was easily resolved by hotplugging the HDMI cable but its another example of a new issue that is happening because of the new drivers

Modern Warfare crashes in menu and a few minutes in on single player and I cant even get to multiplayer anymore. Its unplayable at this point, mostly due to direct x 6065 error.
