Artifacts and loosing settings at startup on my secondary samsung monitor after new amd gpu

I have a samsung 24 cfg70 and a msi Optix AG32CQ both good freesync 144hz monitors (both freesync premium) with a Asus rtxcx 2060 strix oc.

Got some lag that made me thought about a freessync gpu, one that supports freesync 100%, so after i have googled it, it turns out a modest priced rx 5600 xt is faster than my card and not much more expensive than what i got for my Asus Rtx 2060, i now have a Sapphire rx 5600 xt pulse and it's just around 10% faster in the game i play most, it's also noticeable more quiet compared to my asus strix even with the stock fan profile it's more quiet than my asus card with a custom fan profile (nice).

First time i start my pc i get horizontal stripes in all kind of colors and for some reason it keeps loosing the setting on my samsung monitor

I know it's gpu/driver related since it never did it with my nvidia gpu. When my samsung monitor is on and works, theres nothing wrong with it, just first time i start my pc.

What can i do ? Is there some magical setting i can enable, i have adjusted the picture with a spyder 3 so im using that color profile

I feel it's gpu/driver related so i posted my question in here, since it's started again with a new gpu, i also think it's unstable lagging a bit (driver related) when having twitch on my samsung monitor in fullscreen and start project cars 2 on my msi monitor, it has crashed (remember i had something similar with a sapphire rx 580 pulse about a year where my samung had alot of horizontal stripes firts time i started my pc, i know my monitor is fine with a nvidia gpu).

Somthing like this but on the whole monitor from top to bottom

1. DDU Nvidia driver and AMD driver in safe mode then install the latest official driver from AMD
2. Update chipset driver
3. Change the display cable
4. Pray that the driver is good since Navi driver suck ass especially with multi display config.

Yeah people who used AMD before will say that Nvidia color look washed out so I guess AMD color is more vivid ?

Could you try with a good quality HDMI cable with your main monitor ?

That video screams of a hardware defect. If you're 100% certain it's not the cable, try a different displayport on the card.

Also, what does it look like in the UEFI BIOS? Same problem, or does it only manifest once the GPU driver is loaded?

So fare i only get a little after i have disabled enhanced sync where i have one twitch streamer i can get weak articfacts from and when i turn on my seconday samsung monitor atm im on 120 hz on my samsung monitor and i think i will get more problems if io go back to 144hz

I don't seem to loose settings, i turn on my sasmung monitor after i have gone into the desktop on my main monitor

This looks like vram issue, if its not port/cable or moni.
I did have similar prob on the DP port with one moni, turning the moni off and back on "fixed it" till next time it happened.
If its not that, its usually related to the vram (gpu) very small chance its the psu, especially with the unit you have

you can run OCCT to check the vram of the card.

I don't need 144hz with my secondary monitor but enabled it after the monitor has gotten warm and and had no problem

For some f... weird reason i get artifacts on my main monitor in the right lower corner when i watch one i follow on twitch in 720p articats (half of my screen in cinema mode) on my 2560x1440 monitor

when using my other monitor (full screen) or watch the stream om my main monitor in full screen instead or "black" cinema mode disbale i have no artifacts

Can someone explain why my current link settings is 2.7 Gbps x 4 on my 1920x1080 144hz monitor but 5.4 Gbps X 4 on my 2560x1440 144hz monitor
