Hey all!
Wanted to post this to help others who may(i know its late)need a fix to there issue, the board here arrived with a burnt trace on the fan header(I held little hope in fixing this after it would not boot). After some googling, I found a fix, and it is crazy. Apparently the LDO voltage regulator(bottom right near north bridge) gets extremely hot, probably how the trace got burnt on my board.
So on to the fix, with everything attached I would try to boot but it just hangs there. I found this linkhttps://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/2jrt1b/psarequest_possible_reoccurring_problem_with_the/
And the fix was simple, hit reset while the board is powered on. boom my board booted right up!!!

GOOD LUCK ALL post back if this helps you out.
