As title said, tried changing CSM setings to legacy or disabled it, but still not functioning.

Tried to flash new vbios but different p/n stopped the process. Currently no suitable vbios with same p/n from the collection.

Note: This M/B working fine with RTX4090.
Any other solution?

MB: Aorus x570 elite wifi
CPU : Ryzen 9 5950x
GC : Asrock Rx580 8GB OC

We are missing some information. Did the card work in a different system correctly before? What is the exact part number of the card? Does the card contains Micron, Samsung or Hynix Memory? What is the part number on the memory chips?

To add to @VuurVOS

Where did you buy the card, was it used or new?

Tried windows 10 and windows 7 in other pc, working fine in old m/b. Just seems incompatible with this motherboard (Aorus X570).

And what about my other questions? Part number on the card, Brand of memory. Part number on the memory chips?

Was it really brand new? When did you buy it since Polaris cards aren't really produced anymore? Can you provide us a picture of the card and box?

shopee online shopping platform

It's almost guaranteed that this card isn't new but a mining refurb instead - and it's highly probable that its VBIOS was tampered with by the miners that were ripping through it to generate Ethereum for years on end. That it even works is commendable in itself, although there's no telling how long it has until it ultimately goes belly-up.

We can help locate the correct BIOS with UEFI GOP support that should, technically, enable it to function with your X570 motherboard, but we'll need:

- Exact chip type (take a picture of the core, there's a number that looks like something like this in one of the corners, make sure it's readable - also, if the card is a legitimate RX 580 it should be 215-0910038, anything else it's a frankenbuild or the Chinese 2048SP version)
- Exact memory chip model and manufacturer
- Stickers on the back of the card, if still present, are useful

Please don't buy graphics cards from Shopee or Wish.com, these just aren't things you buy in these places. And if something's suspiciously affordable - then it's probably best to steer clear unless you know full well what you're about to do, or have feedback from other buyers that the thing is legit. Further honest advice, in general no one should be buying an RX 580 in 2024 and beyond for any reason whatsoever, unless you know the card's history such as it previously belonging to a friend or something. It's just too risky due to the extreme amount of mining cards floating around that made way for a paradise of counterfeit boards and even refurbs being sold as "new" .

I bought it a few years ago before covid outbreak. Let me show some picture, I still keep the box.

its been more than 5 years, then the card is probably met its death. Its pretty old. I too have switched from my RX580 that i got in 2019 recently because drivers were causing lots of BSOD.

Now switch back to intel 10 years old pc and working fine. Just those hardware is old enough to call it ancient and switching to other new mobo.

In the case of x570 mobo, when its not installing the graphic card driver, it works as basic display adapter and able to load into windows.

which version of windows and driver are you trying. AMD has stopped giving driver updates for the 580, one of the reasons for me to switch to the 6700XT. As you can see the 580 is still working well as a linux machine haha

It seems it seems the card is legit. Warranty sticker is still in place and the serial number on the box matches the card.

@luckystar
Your current bios contains Samsung K4G80325FB and Samsung K4G80325FC memory support which make a little bit more difficult to provide you a different bios.
We need to know if either K4G80325FB or K4G80325FC is on your card. Also your current bios has already UEFI support.

Apologies for late reply, I had to head out for a test earlier today, very nice, legitimate card and looks like you took care of it for a while.

I mentioned Shopee being untrustworthy because at least nowadays, the counterfeits floating around it are pretty much all you'll find regarding these cards. In your case you can disregard that.

It's unusual that it works on other PCs with the driver but not in your X570 board. I'd try the BIOS @VuurVOS provided but also make it sure you backup your default BIOS with GPU-Z before you flash it.

Since this card is almost 8 years old by now, you should probably take a look at getting it serviced though. A thermal paste replacement is probably a very good idea

looks like this is a very complicated case for me to solve, so i have already ordered another new graphic card for that x570 PC and put back RX580 into old pc.

Thanks everyone for your time and help, i really appreciate for it. Million thanks.

You should still identify the ram chips physically on the card.
