Why dont you just use AB and crank it up there to see if your card can take it first. You might brick your GFX when upgrading your bios on it.

as @Ebo says use MSI Afterburner is more safe bcs if ur card crashes from oc u found the limit of ur card, the OC version has been tested to be able to run at that higher speed the cards that can't be stable enough that either needs more volt or just simple crashes gets re-tested and sold as normal cards or gets throw out or recycled to make other cards.

hmmm. i'll have to try afterburner to see if it changes anything. the only bsods I've had running it was when I way overclocked the card up to 2300mhz and tried to play doom with 4k downscaling and everything turned on.

now AI suite. that's a piece of garbage.

I was wondering if someone could help me out. I used to be able to overclock my memory to 9000. I have micron memory. I recently was running into glitching so I ran the new vbios by asus. Since then, or perhaps card is damaged, I never seem to get a memory oc past 450. This is the current fairly stable oc I have. Does this look right for an o8g? Or is something wrong with it....hope I didn't mess it up! Thanks in advance for any comments or advice.
