Here Is A Whole Ne Set Of Problems
I Took The Computer Apart It Was In To Try And Make The Case Look Better And Clean It Out
Now Nothing Happens From The Video Card Except 2 Red Lights On The Top Of It
And I Can Turn The Computer On But Not Off I Have To Use The PSU Switch
:(

than sounds like it could be a bios setting you need to fix... take the gpu out and put your old one back in if you cant see the screen with your new card.... check your bios settings and change what needs changing
and a silly question.... what slot you have the card in?

you could alwats do the simple thing and remove the gpu and re seat it.... its worth a shot... if the gpu doesn't seat proper it wont work
