I may just buy one for fun. I loved Atari.. But they seriously have a mega uphill battle here.

Although I doubt this is as American made as old Atari (not that that's relevant.. but you know.. good ole days of many US tech companies then).

edit: Actually since it's Linux, I guess I could replace my Pi with it.. and get other features to boot.

Is there any info if it will be using Zen APU?

I don't think it's the typical x86 for PCs. It's probably like the XOne and PS4, which also have custom AMD cpus and Radeon.

I see, a bit of shame but not unexpected.

Well if it's a modern console (considering the price) with Linux capabilities, it might be pretty damn cool.

PS4 also has some form of BSD on it, but it's not accessible or really part of the interface afaik.

Yeah I do know of that, oh well can always hope it's a Zen APU that runs Linux and can be used like any other PC.
