Hello to you all.

I am going to go buy this card tomorrow.

ATI RADEON X850 PRO 256MB GDDR3 AGP Graphics Card

Model: 100-435712

What I dont understand is I look at MFG part Number : 100-435712
MicroCenter and Amazon have it listed as Dual DVI out
Newegg list as VGA and DVI out
Best buy doesnt really tell you for sure.

I guess I will find out when I go look at her tomorrow, or are there different model sfor same part number?




This is my first ATI card from the beginning of my computer life. My first #d card was a Monster, and I stayed with Nvidia until now.

Now, can someone please explain what software and files I use to open up the 4 pipelines in this card. I am not wanting to do any overclocking to this card yet.

Probably the ATI's X850PRO VIVO AGP will be moddable. The other chance is to look for MSI X850PRO VIVO AGP (it is with XT cooler and for sure with 16 pipes ). MSI officialy don't produce X850PRO AGP .
