isn't ceramique better for gpus and chipsets then as5?

Wow, that is pretty high. I got an X850XT and it never went that high. Are you sure the fan is actually spinning? Can you hear any grinding or high pitch noises? The percentage is just an indicator of current I believe, although it might depend on the card. It might say 20%, 50% or 100% but the fan might not be even in motion.
