ATItool hotkeys suggestion

How about somekind of bat file or exe that runs and closes that lets you add it to a hotkey so you can press ctrl alt shift f11 and it goes to one profile then closes and ctrl alt shift f12 it loads the max profile then closes, i constantly have to open and reload them when playing games and transporting my laptop and dont lilke to have programs running all the time.
