You can test flowrate with a can and a bucket, let the pump get water from a 4-6L can and pump it over to the bucket, let it run for 60sec\1min and check.

My pump is a pwm type and i only have it set at 50% in the bios. It doesn't need to be faster does it?

When i just game or just use it normal i run it on 35% aka 1.5 L/min 100% aka 6 L/min when run benchmark etc. i use Barrow DDC pumphouse with a Xylem High power 24w DDCpump and External tank. D5 pumps flow littlebit better than DDC and more quit. DDC have higher lift capacity\pressure.
