Bandwidth or traffic? If it is bandwidth, you sir have plenty of internets. What do you need is a traffic meter right? Or a meter to see how much bandwidth you have at the moment?

Ok they ment traffic should not exeed 45GB aka 45000MB combined download and upload per month otherwise you will pay extra for every GB or so.. the bandwith is the speed you can down/upload things which has nothing to do with the traffic limit.. i for example can download at 1.3MB/s so my bandwith is about 10Mbit/s

any bandwidth meter you can get, will show lan (local) traffic and not internet traffic. your ISP should have a webpage with the stats showing - if they dont, you can dispute it saying you had no way of knowing what you'd downloaded.
