I bought a Notebook Samsung Book 2 I3 1215u, but the BD PROCHOT option is disbled. I read that the i12´s motherboards are blocking this option. Is there a solution to active this option again?
If you are smart you can modify the BIOS to unlock BD PROCHOT. I believe you will find a UEFI variable hiding somewhere within the BIOS that you can change from enabled to disabled.
I have zero experience dong this. I just know that it is possible to do on some laptops with 12th Gen and newer CPUs.
Here is a guide about changing a UEFI variable for some Dell laptop owners.
I know this is sort of unrelated but it will give you a general idea of what needs to be done.
Sad that manufacturers decided to start locking BD PROCHOT in the enabled position. Using ThrottleStop to disable BD PROCHOT probably saved quite a few laptops from the landfill.
