Hi,

Are those fans any good at low to mid rpms? 400-800rpm range..... Is it worth to save and get these over more expensive silent wings 4 140mm ?

Arctic P14 is complete crap when going above 700rpms and Arctic P14 Max is complete crap below 800rpms so both are terrible fans if you want a really quiet system at low rpms.

Be Quiet! Pure Wings also is noisy (motor noise) are Shadow Wings 2 using the same motor as Pure Wings ?

Need a good silent 140mm fans for case intake.

For example Arctic P12 is lightyears better than P14, P12 max and P14 max when it comes to silence in 400-1000rpm range.

I can speak to the 120 and 140 sound profile and performance great, but iv unfortunately never ran them that low. The lowest my board would spin them is around 1100.

Good 140mm fans are a lot harder to come by than good 120mm. The best resource is HWB: https://hwbusters.com/best_picks/best-case-heatsink-radiator-fan-picks-hardware-busters/

That said, they don't do a full frequency analysis. GN did for the few fan reviews it has but it's an insufficient amount.

That's the main reason why i was starting this topic. There may be the best airflow or static pressure but if it has noisy motor or bad hum at certain rpms in low to mid range than that fan for me personally is useless.

I'm using Silent Wings 4 140 High Speed in my 207. I run them at 29% when not playing anything (ramps based on GPU temps) and 50% when loaded above 65C on the GPU. They're super quiet. I even have audio samples for stock fan vs them with mic directly in front of the grill.
Wait, you already had another thread about your 207 and I already gave you audio samples there:

Regular ones have max RPM reduced. Internal should be the same.
