I think it would be convenient and appropriate to add a 3DMark06 tab to the system spec panel.
My thoughts would include the number score being displayed in the drop down box, but is also a hyperlink to the FutureMark verification page.

Your thoughts?

That's close to my initial suggestion, a box per benchmark which could also be queried.

I assumed this had been suggested in the past

to avoid cluttering the system specs drop down panel, I'd recommend PCMark05 and 3DMark06 only, but that's just me, they show a broad scope of system performance despite being only 2 benches

You could always seperate the benchies from the system specs and have two drop-downs.

this is a good idea - you then have an idea of what hardware parts can achieve when stuck together, although may i add that there needs to be clear clarification on whether the score was achieved on stock or OC settings.

naturally, though I believe that would be included within the verification portion (the hyperlink) the verification can be a screenshot that clearly displays the score along with cpu-z and maybe gpu-z or atitool

They have a system like that at overclock.net You place your system specs and each benchmark into each column. I think it works pretty good, but it kinda clutters the forums.

it would be less clutter having another drop down box right below system specs that reads "Benchmarks" than the way it is now with people having them in their signatures

That would be pretty cool. No clutter and you can remove the benchs from the sig.
