Best €400-450 GPU

Just my own opinion but does every user even need those coding features? I mean, if a card doesn't have the modern capabilities, is that a horrible loss for a typical gamer?

I would be careful wiht igorslab and those articles witten by that Samir Bashir person.
You better wait for facts. The articles lacks quality and in my point of view the german version is just a copy and paste of articles from other websites. I can not remember ever have seen a self written news piece where the information was gathered by that person itself.

Yes. Recording and streaming video of any kind isn't an outlandish thing to do on a modern PC. These media encoders are used even by Steam's game streaming, their absence implies CPU fallback.

What CPU do you have?

Gotta also post Iceberg Tech's video of RTX 3080 12GB; not worth the extra price in most games, but if you can snag one with a similar price as a 10GB one, then why not.

True, but do they need the most latest capabilities? I mean, I don't even know, I don't stream anymore and I may record one gameclip in a year. :D

If an A310 can do it, so should you. Lot of FOSS stuff can't play HEVC due to licencing issues, so encoding/transcoding to AV1 is pretty important. With lower power components like these using them for many other tasks isn't out of the question.
