I have tried cinebench and 3dmark, both reports lower temperature values than when im gaming. What software should i go for, preferably free to test the thermal efficiency of my cpu cooler.

curiously, what game is making your CPU heat up more than cinebench?

Starfield and other cpu heavy games, i have tried 3dmark cinebench and prime95 aswell. Games make my cpu heat up more, maybe it is because the gpu also outputs heat so the air the case gets hotter ?

Any benchmark program that stresses both the gpu and cpu simultaneously to the fullest ?

Hi, may be ur settings was wrong? The youtuber use here in Germany Furmark for GPU and cinebench or P95 for the cpu.
I use Furmark and P95. I can see with Hwinfo and/or Coretemp how many watts the cpu/videocard needs.

Games should not really make your CPU get hotter than Cinebench. Probably the GPU yes. Try and improve your airflow.

What is the temp for CPU and GPU in games? And Cinebench?

OCCT? OCCT has a pretty harsh CPU test based on my own experience.

If you want to try a non-synthetic workload that really cooks, try folding@home. Just be sure to finish those work units that you started.

Benchmark Scores None, but I think they'd be fairly decent.
OCCT is an excellent All-in-One (CPU, RAM, GPU) stresstester. Whether or not it's best I've no idea, but I haven't seen a point in using anything else for years now.

I think something is wrong if you’re using the 5600x in your system specs. Gaming shouldn’t be worse than those benchmark tests and while your 212 isn’t the greatest cooler it should handle that cpu just fine.

That's bizarre I don't think I've ever seen a game run hotter than Cinemark

^ This. My CPU gets hotter playing FarCry than when stressing with OCCT or anything else. Totally normal.

@OP if you want to get a better cooler try to find something with a nickel plated cold plate. Direct heatpipe coolers like the Hyper 212 aren't great for Ryzen chips. I would look at a Peerless Assassin for $34

Agree, my 5950X runs around 68C Cinebench and around 72-75C during gaming due to how it boost differently.
