I already have purchased this memory pack: CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 RAM 192GB (4x48GB) 5200MHz CL38 Intel XMP iCUE Compatible Computer Memory - Black (CMK192GX5M4B5200C38)

And just now after reading the "validated memory support list" of the GIGABYTE AORUS PRO ICE memory i figured this:

image_viewer_P99vInpKBc.png

The non-rgb pack is from Spectek B i have no idea what brand is this, i read someone saying its a "cheap Micron brand (?)"
Is this something i should worry, how bad is this compared to the Hynix version?

I also read multiple comments of people saying this memory would not run at these speed.
They labeled on the document "Speed 5200" will it indeed run at 5200, or is it too much expect it will reach this speed by just enabling XMP?

This machine is for emulation of virtual machines, ill be using Windows 11, my software rely heavily on WINAPI as do the applications im running on graphics acceleration, i'm not using Linux, or running any kind of games.
It will perform "considerable" disk I/O, constantly (re)starting applications, creating/cloning machines, rebooting, etc, not something absurd but far from what a "casual" user perform.

I have no budget for a Threadripper or HEDT yet, old xeon server also would not fit on my use case.

My current build is a 14700k, RX 7600XT 16gb, 64GB ram.
Which this same mentioned use case, i have been able to run 62 VM’s, its using 100% ram, ~90% vram, ~50% gpu, ~80% cpu.

My new build:
CPU: 9950X
MB: ???
RAM: 192GB 5200Mhz
GPU: 2X Arc 16GB or 2X RX 7600 XT 16GB
SSD: 2X Corsair MP700 PRO 1TB
Cooler: Artic Liquid III 360
I need a lot of VRAM, gpu use is medium, 2TB is enough for me my machines they use like 4~7GB.
I'm also thinking on getting two gen 5 of 1TB instead of one of 2TB and try raid 0 on it, would it be worth? (losing data is not a concern and i could format/disable it at anytime).

I'm looking for recommendations about the motherboard, i have found these:
GIGABYTE X870E AORUS PRO ICE $390
ASUS ROG Strix X870-A $357
ASUS ROG STRIX X870E-E $508
(these prices are after tax)

The last one is so expensive i would like to avoid it unless really necessary.
What best motherboard for this use case?

Have you read your motherboard manual about ram configurations?

Any of the ASUS boards with Nitropath.

Though I'd still be skeptical of being able to run even at 5200 MT with so much memory, you'll likely be forced to run at something like 4800 MT or 3600 MT.

To be honest I'd be strongly considering CUDIMMs, which at the moment are only supported by Arrow Lake.

Official support for 4 slots is 3600 MT.

this will be more of a IMC problem rather than motherboard.
if you actually NEED 192GB, performance should not be relevant and the only priority is stability (fully verifying 192GB with TM5, VT3 and Karhu takes at least ~5-6 Days)
start with DDR5 4400 without EXPO or look for JEDEC Timings for 4400 Kits to dial in.

For what I gathered Nitropath is just to help 2 DIMMs in a 4 slot MB.

CUDIMM won't help unless it's a signal integrity issue. 4x2R is 100% limited by the CPU IMC.

Either case the op is going to get lucky and 5200 works or is stuck at 3600 to 4800 speeds most likely.

Best motherboard? Eh I don't think it matters at that speed.

I edited the post added info about the gpus.

Yes and typically the benefit is only seen with higher frequencies. Unoccupied DIMM slots can interfere with neighboring slots at higher frequencies.

As for the memory manufacturer. Also does not matter at these lower speeds. You won't be overclocking past the XMP/EXPO profile or adjusting the timings. At least I hope you wouldn't because that would just add more complications and more room to have system crashes. You are clearly using the PC for work, but still trying to be in a budget.

I can vouch for the Asus x870e hero....

However the cost is rather high, however the memory you specify is on the Qualified Ram list:

CORSAIR CMK192GX5M4B5200C38(Ver 3.53.02) 4x 48GBXMP52005200DSMicron 38-38-38-841.251,2,4

If I understand correctly, it supports two GPUs running at x8/x8 and two M.2 Gen5 SSDs running at x4/x4 as long they are on M.2_1 and M.2_2?

No, if memory serves me correctly you cannot use m.2_2 it gets disabled when using both pcie slots...
and if you use m.2_3 this drops the 2nd pcie slot to x4,
