Change that to a 5800X3D and enjoy SAM to the fullest. Spend the savings on a nice NVME drive Forspoken is super enjoyable.
 
+1 to the above. I also would look at upgrading to a TUF motherboard from a Prime.

For $2000 USD you can get DDR5 and a better board. What psu's and cases are included with those prebuilts and how much storage?

I have to disagree with this, considering 7800x3d is two weeks away, if building a new rig, might as well do that at this point.

From these specific choices? Option 2.

If this, then I agree also with option 2.

Seems overpriced my I7 12700K / ASUS Z690 combo 335 USD microcenter, 120 USD for DDR4 3600 32 GB RAM , and 900 USD for Zotac 3080 still less than these prices.
