Best Way to make Boot CD?

I really dont understand the information on Bootdisk.com..Whats the best way to make a boot cd?

I want to have the flashing utiliites on it (I have the bios and modded flashrom downloaded, Im just waiting on a card) and be able to flash the card. I have no floppy drive on my system, thats why i must use a cd.

Boot disc creation.

Ok, it seems easy enough in nero, I cannot try as I have no blank cd's but it seems straightforward.

Open programs, nero, nero express from start menu.

Select data disc from menu.

Select bootable disc from 2nd menu.

Add your flash program and bios files in the box.

Select burn.

Bingo, you can startup from cd. You may have to go into your bios before startup to select boot from CD. If you boot from other CD's ignore that.
