Big error in VISTA! help

When ever i try and get into vista it gives me this

Error: Logon Process Initialization Failure
Interactive Logon process Initialization has failed.
Please consult the event log for more details.


This happens right when vista gets done with its little load bar thing and i cant do anything if i hit ok it restarts computer if i hit the x it restarts the computer

Have you tried safemode?
try repairing with the Windows CD
 
yes i have done safe mode still same thing if i try using repair thing will it delete all my stuff?
