bios for 9600xt 128mb?

i need help for figuring which bios for my friends sapphire 9600xt 128mb black model one with K4D26323RA-GC3N samsung ram i think... when i use atitool, it reads 499/300 and in the bios section for sapphire it suppose to read 500/325 but mine is set as the ati bios settings so that is what confused me

when i try to flash it with the 500/325 samsung 2.8 one off this site and type it flashrom -l 0, it still says my serial rom is locked so i donno if it suppose to happen that way so i reflash it to the orginal bios

thanks for anyinfo and i will double check my friends v.card memory cuz i might mismemorized the last 4 digit of his mem. chip ~GC**~

So you used flashrom -l 0 for your command line? Try this flashrom -f -p 0 bios.bin
Where the bios is, put the name of your bios.
