Blue screen and amd software deleted after reboot

So this week I OC'd my RX5700 for the first time with the adrenalin tool from amd. I did a stress test and everything seemed stable.
Now after playing for an hour I got the blue screen and the pc rebooted itself. Also the adrenalin tool was deleted which I don't understand.

Does this happen normally after a reboot or am I missing something here?

sounds like your system memory is unstable when gpu is oc
