Punctually to the IAA (motor show) the free driving simulator of the new BMW M3 was published. The play makes it for the visitors possible to test and drive the new BMW M3. The ones who CANT attend can always download the Freeware Game “BMW M3 Challenge” and play !

Im checking it out but Im not going to play it until I get my racing wheel :P I'll just watch the intro for now.. :rockout: an 2008 m3 is like 70usd right?
 
You can also play online with others and keep track times...Its really a great game, especially for a free game. And yes the m3 is worth about 70.000euros but i dont know about usd.

I can't play online against my fellow TPU'ers :(
the only system online is only:

1.4GHz Athlon MP
256MB DDR2100
ATi Raedon 9200 PRO 256MB <<-- card will work no problem

I'll have to play offline on my 2.66GHz Celeron system :(

Why, with a little money, I can get you up-to-speed on 2/3 of those specs ;).

It's a GREAT game! it plays @ 800 x 600 @ 56 but it's still choppy. I like it. I wish there was more than 2 tracks though.

M3's in the US start around 70k.

They need to work on the physics of bumping in to things.

First bump with the BMW M3: "crunch" *car runs fine*

First bump into house with my dad's Kia Rio (I backed into a column of bricks by accident at about 3/4 miles an hour): "crunch" "oh shit" *insert furious rant here as dad discovers car in house* *drives car out of house, inspects damage, acknowledge that the little rust spot isn't going away anytime soon*.
 
Its a demo game to sell more BMW's lol... Intro video was HOT!
 
I didn't watch the intro. I was in too much of a hurry to play the game :D
 
I have a BMW M-roadster sitting in my garage right now.. The new M3 is a peice of shit compared to the older ones. The new ones have too much tech, about 400lbs of shit that tells you how to drive.

Not much of a racer are you???

Yes they have lots of extra stuff, yes they make it easier to drive, and yes it can stop you from driving the car to its limits... But the cars are still FAR more capable, faster, and all around safer for the average driver...

BMW is doing wonders with their cars, just as they always have.
 
SO....... who wants to donate an M3 to me?

The new M3 is the best and fastest M3 to date not to mention the prettiest :)
