I have an RX 580 2048sp which is underperforming and I'm guessing its to do with my board power limit being set to only 90watts. Does anyone know how to fix his? this is the GPU model website : https://www.arktekco.com/product/rx-580-8gb-256bit-v4
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580 2048SP
Power Supply: HP OEM 320W
RAM: 16GB DDR3 1333MHz
Motherboard: HP 3396 (Intel Q77 chipset)
I plan on using a second separate psu to power my gpu.
(and yes ik that the rx 580 2048sp is just a rebranded rx 570 ty)

Don't.
That is a mining bios. Although I doubt this card can do more than 120w.

Before VuurVOS gets here, if you want to save time, at the very least provide a gpu z screenshot from the amd bios tab (below general). At most, a clear picture of the pcb, front and back, plus a clear vram picture.
