ASRock E350M1 Mini ITX + 4GB DDR3-1333
This AMD E350 Brazos board has been in my HTPC for the last 10 months. It works great for playing video, office use, and web surfing, but it is very slow in transcoding videos (understandably), so I have since upgraded to a Llano system. I am including a single stick of 4GB Rendition (Crucial value brand) DDR3-1333 to pair with this board's single-channel memory controller. Full specifications are available here. Intel Core i7 940 + Gigabyte EX58-UD4P
This board and CPU were in my system since early 2009 and have worked perfectly together. Recently, I upgraded to another CPU and motherboard and do not need this system anymore.
I have sold and shipped this Core i7 940 to two separate people, and both reported that it didn't work with their motherboard. Both times I accepted the return, refunded their money, tested the CPU, and reconfirmed it worked in this motherboard. Therefore, I am selling the CPU with the board in which I confirmed it works. I will not break up this combo, and I will not accept a return unless the processor does not work in the motherboard provided.
Full board specifications are available here. I ask for $235 shipped for the combo as pictured or $230 shipped for everything except the CPU cooler and CPU box.

This memory I bought to be installed in a friend's laptop, but when I asked her to pay for it, she told me that she assumed I was giving it to her for free and did not want to pay for it. It is now surplus to me. I ask for $25 shipped.
