iirc i read an article recently about some change or another [fcc?] that was going to make "broadband" be only 768k and above, if true, was wondering if that would make upstream be included in that, ive noticed that qwest seems to have 896k upstream on even their lesser packages, or atleast thats what some people say, and if thats the case i was thinking maybe thats why
