So few months ago i posted regarding my bsod and well people thought i was joking apparently.. So after doing some driver updates the bsod didn't come back till today.. i left my pc on and came back to find it at the same bsod error i always get 0x0000f4 soemthing like that.. So after some googling someone said to run sfc /scannow so i did .

---------------------------------------------
C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of th
em.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

Yes i have a corsair force 3 ssd . Im not sure what Fw. I have not updated my FW before for my ssd i bought it and used the stock. ( i have no idea how to check my fw )
I will try to attach the cbs log ( Its 2mb ) . After all ihave done previously like driver updates etc i find the cause of this is probably my ssd.. because when the error is produced it does not produce and mini dumps even if configured to do so .. No my computer does not sleep. No my cable/port is not faulty . No im not trolling . Yes i would appreciate help on this matter
I compressed the text file into winrar/zip or whatever since its more then 2mb.

Either SSD Life or CrystalMarkInfo should read the firmware version for you, then just navigate to Corsair's homepage and check against that. If it does need a firmware update, you probably will lose all the data during the flash, so make sure to have everything backed up. Depending on the age of the drive, that could be the issue (not on my PC so unzipping your file a bunch of times is not possible right now). Earlier generation Sandforce drives did have issues, I think mostly due to firmware.

Im not sure if its my ssd or my OS.. is there a way to know for sure but i will check my fw definitely . I dont know what it really says in cbs log just some random stuff. ..
