BSOD unrecoverable error

hey guys so last week my PC had a update I think 1903. at same time my oculus rift had a driver update as well. since then I have been getting BSOD. see image. what can i do?

The best approach is to clean install the OS and applications. If you then still get the BSOD you can look into versions and maybe roll back either the rift or the OS.

You could also do it the other way around, but only if you get the BSOD when you use the rift, and not with regular use. Because reinstalling with risk of crashing is no good.

Reinstall OS is always a last resort.

When windows updates, it usually creates a restore point. I would go this route before a new clean install.

However it might be better to research the issue. Try looking at the event logs to determine what driver caused the BSOD. Then apply the fix there.

try uninstalling the rift driver and re-installing it in safe mode if you can.

whea errors are usually associated with a bad overclock. try setting the bios to defaults and apply a small over volt to the cpu. that should get it going in the right direction.

Also check ram voltage and speed and set fclk to 1800, I get these screens every so often when overclocking ram. Also there's no shortcut anymore to get into safe mode, you have to go through a bit of a process to safe boot now.
