Built a computer, it wont start. HELP

Ok, short update, the computer is up a running sweetly. Cosidering it's a $550 rig, it's speed and performance are great. 35fps playing Crysis 1920*1200 all settings on high, no AA or AF. I can barely tell a difference between playing on my e8400/GTX280 system and this system. That e5200 is a sweet little "budget" cpu.
