Buying new video card. Vivo question.

I am looking to buy a new video card. It definitely needs to be more powerful than my X1950 Pro, but I have a questions about Vivo. It there any video card that allows you to use component in, so say a Xbox 360 or PS3 could be displayed on the monitor going through the video card? What about a tv tuner card, and if so would the video lag slightly? Thanks in advanced.

You can use VIVO to display your 360 or ps3 to your monitor, but the quality is so-so, and I wont recommend it. Your better off hard wiring the consoles directly to the monitor. Using a TV Tuner might increase quality (if you buy an high end HD one), but again, better off hard wiring.

There are VGA-cables for the X360 and I'm fairly sure there are DVI cables for the PS3. So yeah, hard wiring is definitely the way to go.

I wish I could go that route, and I can with my Xbox 360. PS3 requires HDCP support, which my monitor doesn't have. I guess it is time to upgrade that...
