I would slap a small fan on my NB if it was running that hot. I am not sure what is the correct max temp.

Back when I was researching NB temps on my Intel boards someone told me if you can't leave your finger on the heatsink for more than a couple seconds without burning yourself, put a fan on it :D

The BIOS reports temps from the mobo sensor, not the actual sensor on the cpu die afaik... at least this is the way it works on Intel.

If you want all the temps for every sensor in your motherboard:

click the download now green bar towards the bottom. Its free as long as you ARE NOT in a corporate place.

Inside SIW is a tab for Sensors, it measures all of them. That will lead you directly to your heat cause.

Now depending on the heat cause there is many things you can do, if it is:
Video Card: take off the hardshell, and if that doesn't fix it then do that and get a PCI dual fan/heatsink for it

CPU: get an after-market cooler, I recommend the Xigmatek Dark Knight, keeps my temps <45^C even under 100% load. And I have a 3.2 AMD Quad so, also 3.2 stock.

Random Motherboard places: they make heatsink set for motherboard parts, get yourself one of those and that should help.

RAM: There really isn't much you can do about that, you can try getting a RAM cooler attachment, but that would be about it.
