I'm still overclokcing my E6750
but some of the things people suggested me can't be done
because my BIOS version is so low.
It is American Megatrends v0.258 in BIOS Setup screen
or Version 0704 on my CPU-Z.

This is the download site for my BIOS.

Here comes a bunch of questions :
1. Is it dangerous to upgrade my BIOS? Like will it possibly destroy my computer so I need a new one??

2. How can I upgrade it after I download the file ? I have a bootable USB from
flashing my VGA BIOS, I think I have to use that?

3. There are man versions which should I download?
Definitely higher than 0704 but will highest be too risky??

Please help me :)

Flashing your BIOS can screw up your mobo but as long as you don't do anything stupid like unplug it halfway through you should be OK, IDK about your other questions though.

If I screw up some how and something happens
will removing the silver battery thing from my mobo fix it back to normal??

I have a p5k-e and Asus EZflash (reachable from your BIOS) makes it pain free. Just download the new bios, put it on a disk/USB drive, reboot, go to EZflash in your BIOS, and the program holds your hand all the way through. Pretty simple and straightforward.

Just make sure to really test your memory before doing a flash.

Thanks guys it worked!
And now I have those options that I didn't have before
like LLC :)
EZFlash is so EASY!!
Time to get back to overclocking
