Cannot pass Google ReCaptcha Test "Your computer or network may be sending automated queries" Infinite Loop

I am at my wits end here. I cannot pass google's ReCaptcha test. The one where you have to select the Fire Hydrants, ya know?

It falls into an infinite loop and it just keeps giving me captcha's until they disappear, then it will give me an error message saying "Your computer or network may be sending automated queries"

This happens on BOTH PC and my iPhone (When my phone is connected to WiFi)

iPhone Browser: Safari

PC Browser: Firefox

When I turn off WiFi on my phone and connect to the cellular data, The Captcha test will pass with no problems.

I have tried resetting my router/modem and that did not work.

I have tried resetting Firefox and that did not work.

I don't even know where to look anymore. This is becoming an actual problem as most websites rely on that stupid Captcha test to login, and I cannot log in. Please Advise!

Are you running any adblockers on PC? Try in vanilla Chrome maybe as well.

As for your phone; this seems similar to what my wife experienced after the latest iOS security update (hobbles WiFi to unusable speeds).
The update of course does not tell you what it's for, so the options are roll it back or leave WiFi off until they hopefully fix it.

Only adblocker I am running in Firefox is uBlock Origin as an extension BUT I have tried disabling this and no fix.

I have tried vanilla basic chrome and still does it.

Ooph. Did you clear out the cache / session too?
I'm not all to optimistic on that if a vanilla install of Chrome didn't work either but worth a shot.

Yes I have cleared out session and even created a new chrome profile which is completely separate from all sessions with zero cache. Still nothing.

Your computer could also be infected with some sort of malicious adware or redirector. Try running AdwCleaner from malwarebytes, it's free and easy to use.

This. Unless you are on a VPN or other publicly shared network (with someone else probably sending spam or managing automated bots via it), I think this may be the only explanation.

Might be IP or hardware based firewall/AV.

What Router are you using? Are you the admin, or someone else?
I ask, since someone may have activated VPN at the Router.

Other possibilities, *a* system on your LAN actually is spamming outgoing traffic, or the Router is infected/failing. (I've seen and read of old Linksys routers sending tons of junk data as they fail)

Running malwarebytes on your PC is certainly prudent, but given the phone aspect, I’d join in the recommendation that you consider the router a primary suspect.

Is this happening elsewhere or just one website? If it is just one site, go elsewhere as that site is very likely is having software problems. If it's a "naughty" type of site. Just go elsewhere.
