Cannot see/enter BIOS setup in any way

Hello everybody about bios booting i have found this:in new motherboards to boot you must have a dvi out in your card then move the hdmi or dp port with the an adapter to dvi and then system bios is there by pressing delete or anything you need to press according to your brands mb i did this to my asus mb after i paid 20 euros to find out that my gpu rx580 was alright all this happened after i update the newest bios now i can not reverse it to an older bios.I think all this is happening with help from Microsoft. To boot to bios you must not have UEFI and legend configuration together then again welcome to 100% digital era.

smth else i forgot if you loose gpus drivers or you do a clean installation and then you get a black screen don't panic you can reverse bios to an older version if is possible or don't update your bios to the latest because it removes anything that is not digital i hope i help somehow.
