cannot start the render test

Hello techpowerup fourm, im trying to start the render test to check if my 3060 which is stuck on pcie 4 x4 is supposed to be like that or just needs the render test, the problem is when starting it it says that some dll related to directx is missing i tried downloading it with the popup, searched more on google and reddit i have installed a million versions of it but it's stuck like that is there anything i can do to fix it?
