My Windows 10 desktop is connect via Ethernet to the master unit. I am able to connect to the router and internet access is great. Device Discovery finds both units. I can see that the Gateway address is 192.168.50.1 from both IPCONFIG in CMD and the ASUS Device Discovery software. Attempts to access the configuration page however are unsuccessful. When attempting to access, I get an error page saying the router is taking too long to respond. Always! I use Edge and it is updated. Rebooting router and computer does not help.

I have been able to access it in the past.

Attempt to use the ASUS Router app on my iPhone says "Connection failed" when clicking on Network Settings or Access Configuration.

HELP!

Should be also accessible from router.asus.com as an alternative to IP

New router, or have you already been changing settings in the config interface?

When using Router.Asus.com, I get router.asus.com refused to connect.

I have been using this since 2019 without problem. Not sure what has changed. I have never used the iPhone app. Prefer browser on Desktop.

By any chance for your PC are you using Kaspersky Antivirus? When anti-banner is on I can't access any of my Asus Router configuration pages so I had to turn it off.

I use Norton 360 and have been for years - including when this was working. However, there have been updates to Norton. So, I tried your suggestion by turning off both anti-virus and smart firewall but no joy.
