Hi

in the past years I bought some graphic cards which bios wasn't listed in the database.
I always tried to upload the missing bios files but I ever get the message that the bios I try to upload is already there.

Checking the bios list a few months later shows the exact same amount of bios.

I got my KFA2 GTX 1070 EX yesterday and looked for the bios. It isn't there. Only the Founders Edition and KFA GTX 1070 EX OC Bios can be found. The bios version I have differs from the both provided in the database nevertheless I can't upload my bios.

What am I doing wrong?

How long does it take to verify such bios?

I mean if 10 people try to upload the same bios with same hash isn't that enough?
How can I see all unverified bios?

W1zzard hand verifies each and every bios that is submitted. This takes time. Considering he has a site to run, gpu reviews to work on, gpu-z tweaks, and a personal life as well, it should be easier to see why such things tend to get left on the back burner. I will also assume since he is tagged in this thread, he may likely put a bit of a rush on hosting a verified form.

On the flip side, why is it so important it be hosted? Save your bios, put it in storage, and use it whenever the need arises to flash back to your default bios.

The reason why I want to see this or other bios is the following:

I buy a graphics card, I check If I got the newest version of the bios for my card. Even my graphic card is not listed, I look at the bios version of the previous released bios to decide whether I change to them or not even if this is not my card.

I want to know if there is a newer card bios for my card. I already used this for several cards and avoided some problems coming up.

Would not the manufacturer of said card have that information on their site?

On the BIOS download page, the first drop box on the left shows Unverified BIOS's.
That's how it's working now. So everybody can see everything without having to wait for verification.

Next GPU-Z will also include a link to the BIOS after upload, or when it shows the "already uploaded" message
