It means that if you connect the big Molex connector to your power supply and the little molex connector to your motherboard, you're gonna blow out the controller on the motherboard. You connect either the big connector to your power supply for 100% fan all the time, or the small connector to your motherboard for fan RPM control and tachometer data.

It is possible to extract the power and ground pins from the small connector to get tachometer data from the fan to the motherboard and power from the Molex to the fan, but you need to be very careful to not let the loose pins touch anything else. Preferably tape them off so you can reinstall them later, or the safest bet is cut them off, but then they're not reinstallable.
Also post your win to Ghetto Case mods :D

At 0.6mm H2O you might as well just blow on the components yourself :)

I kid

Most of the fans I use in my own builds are Delta server fans that must use 12 volt Molex connectors because of their large power draws. I don't even both with connecting tach leads because I run the fans at full speed so there's no need to.

For less demanding use look at the Arctic fan offerings. Quality products at extremely reasonable prices.

The big LED connector on your case connects to your power supply, there should be a connector from your PSU that matches up with the "top" side of that connector. If there isn't one then you can probably buy an adapter to convert one of your SATA power connectors to a molex connector.

Nice, those look like some pretty good basic fans. For 5 Freedom Dollars a fan, you're probably getting more than you pay for. It also looks like they've sorted out their QC issues. I hope you get a set you enjoy!
