i went to bios and found a multiplier thing was at 6x and processor speed was 2.66ghz
I made it 9 and its 3.00ghz now
the other things I dont know what to do about them
so I chose"Load optimized defaults"

first of all: that means your CPU was underclocked.

secondly: you need to go back in there and set your ram up properly. if you dont know how, research it.

While I'm, and I'm sure other members, are glad your problems are apparently resolved, perhaps I can also speak for them when I say our brows are furrowed ever so slightly and we shift uncomfortably as to how "flashing your bios again" solved your problems.

What exactly did you do? Did you research how to set your CPU and RAM timings, your system voltages and your NumLock on Boot setting and then implemented them? Or did you just reflash your BIOS (god I hope not from the motherboard CD...) and walk away?

I'm not looking to re-open a freshly cauterized wound as your admission of stability appears to indicate an All Green and you're clearly new to PC customization so rocking the boat isn't wise, but depending on your answer(s) to the above, your problems may be far from over.

wow.... @IBM please... leave the pc @Default untill you get a handle on things... i wouldnt like to think what you could be doing to all the silicon in your rig cpu/southbridge/mem ic's/gpu...

you really need to research some basics for your motherboard... if you find your knowledge lvl is too limited and you dont understand what to do, come on here and ask... i'll try to help you and i'm sure many others on here would aswell...
dont break your system dude... good luck.... ^^
i had a pc burst into flames(sapphire board:) ) when i first started overclocking... but i learnt my lesson... all be it a very expensive one...

I just flashed it from gigabyte's @bios
and i'll leave it to defaults.
and about reserchs I didn't have time to do them.
it's true there is another issue but it's not affecting windows
whenever I turn on AHCI it doesn't detect my hard drive.

you cant just turn AHCI on and expect it to boot into windows. to enable AHCI and all its features like NCQ & TRIM etc etc. windows needs to be installed while the AHCI option is activated within the bios.

I think theres a way around that by making a few edits in the registry, but id leave that alone if youre not so tech savvy

from what he said earlier, he reset his CMOS to failsafe defaults in the past - which underclocked everything and set failsafe settings. flashing to a new BIOS would set regular defaults, and make things work as they should (his ram still wont be set correctly, however)

I know that to turn AHCI I must either format windows or edit my windows but the problem is that AHCI Bios dosen't detect my hard drive and that means I cant see windows logo.
the second thing is:rams
i'v googled alot but didn't find any thing useful
perhaps you can aid me?

it's either my rams are dead or my mobo is dead
can't figure it out
edit
after countless of tests I figured out that 2 of my ram sockets are dead
