1./ Disable antivirus
2./ Double click on 8.10.exe to create install location
3./ Install advanced options, Drivers and CCC, no registration BS
4./ After install, go display options, troubleshoot, move hardware slider to FULL
5./ Reboot
All working OK. No hacks, no uninstall first, needed.
