Hey guys, I'm looking for a cheap video card for $80 shipped or less. AMD or Nvidia doesn't matter just looking for the best card I can get for the budget I have been given. I've seen RX480/580s going on ebay for about but I figured I'd ask here and see if anyone has anything similar that doesn't want to deal with ebay fees.
