Check disk problem

I am having a problem in my laptop lately so i want to get rid of it!
When i restart the laptop, the check disk (chkdsk in run command) always pops up
before entering in bios so i have to type in something in 10 seconds before it starts.
Anyone knows how to remove it?

It sounds like Windows doesn't think that it has been shutting down correctly. It only attempts to scan if it has a reason, it isn't like ext2, 3, or 4 where it regularly checks the drives every so many days. When was the last time you re-installed Windows?

Power up the laptop and let chkdsk run and then boot into windows.

Open up a command prompt as administrator and run this command ... fsutil dirty query c:
If it tells you that C: is still dirty it could be that you hae something plugged into a slot (SD card, Flash drive, etc.) that is causing Windows to fuss. Remove anything from external slots you don't need and try again.

If it still won't. you can go into the registry and delete the following key (Backup registry first for obvious reasons) ...
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\BootExecute
That should stop chkdsk from running, although I would do this as a last resort as I think it waill cause chkdsk to never run again.
