$28 includes shipping anywhere in the USA 50 states. reviews show this cooler comes within 5-7 Celsius of big coolers like the noctua nh-d15, which was a big reason I bought it.
cooler works perfect, only been used for 2-3 days. I was uncomfortable with the fact the cold plate doesn't contact the entire Ryzen CPU, apparently this doesn't matter but I have OCD and just want to get something different. also considering water for the first time.
