And how do you propose cooling a 120 watt APU in something the size of a NUC? In case you dont remember, most small NUCs were 15-28 watt parts.

Not possible. I tried 110W TDP on my Flow Z13 (AI Max+ 395, 64 GB RAM) and it's not worth it for the constant 95C at maximum CPU and iGPU load. The HSF in my tablet has two fans and a vapor chamber but still can't keep a TDP above 80+ cool enough to the touch.

At 60W-80W TDP it can keep it below 86C, but if you force it higher, it's not worth the 90C+ heat for more compute/FPS.
