Not Sure Try Pm AAF Optimus, Or Just Use SB 720 Or 360.
 
Solved! Basically Right Click And Tap Open In Terminal (More Options Then Open In Terminal If Windows 11) Then Type The Executable Name Then /RegisterSKU More Info On AAF Optimus Realtek Page
