alright i have avast and comodo...now heres the weird thing...Comodo will find stuff in a folder named avast4 folder in my c/windows/temp/avast4...like weird huer and stuff...now is that avast4 folder apart of the avast program? it has a text file in it called webshlock? im just curious what its all about cause avg doesnt find anything...avast doesnt find anything...is comodo just throwing up false positives? just curious? thanks for all the help if you need a list of what its finding i currently have it quarenteed

I use Avast! & have the exact same folder with that txt file in it,

Man, people! use NOD 32!!!

If you are using comodo internet security, and installed av, then you have problems, don't use 2 avs at once! Comodo is plenty, but learn how to use it, not for the faint hearted!

i got rid of comodo cause it pretty much locked up my whole system after one restart, it wouldnt let anything load up except the essential windows files, wouldnt let me open internets or anything, im just using avast and malwarebytes now

It did that to me although I'd uninstalled avast, apparently I'd got a virus before hand (as in I knew I'd got one and it resulted in BSODs left right and centre, reinstalled windows and bam it was fixed.

huh! why would i want to uninstall avast? it isnt doing anything wrong, i think i might just get kaspery and get rid of the rest of this stuff..LOL! pain in the ass

I uninstalled Avast as it went nuts on me saying I had a virus but whenever I booted up it returned and it was in the avast folder so I ended up taking it off.

i just went and picked up the trial version of kaspery after reading all the reviews on it on multipe sites seems almost like the number 1 out there for everything..and my computer is booting up faster with it than it did with avast...so im gonna stick with kaspery trial for now see how i like it and might even buy it

has anyone tried nod 32??

i usta have nod32. 32 bit version i loved it great antivirus, but its gonna lackluster reviews from pc world and cnet and software media as were kapersy was on top of all of them, not bagging on nod32 cause it has a great firewall and great proactive respone,
