maybe try slightly higher than you have been, on the memory voltage.

you also havent stated what PSU you have.

Should i go higher than 1.7v??? ive tied that and it didnt work?

my PSU is Corsair TX Series PSU 650W
i have a 500W in spair that i clould use..

corsair PSU should be fine. try 1.75v - no higher than 1.8v

To be honest, the ram may just be faulty. People not setting the voltages is so common that we tend to overlook the fact that sometimes, ram just goes bad

with memory timings, higher is looser, lower is tighter.

Looser (higher/slower) timings, can increase stability at the cost of speed - the reverse is true as well.

Could you give an exampel of what i should write, im really bad with DRAM timings.
i was in to overklocking 3-4 years ago, but not now :(

well, if your ram is 6-6-6-15, you can try 7-7-7-18

Its just a basic rule (and not even a rule, really - just how i do it) but if i raise the first three numbers by one each, i raise the last by 3. its always worked for me with testing timings (and i tighten them one by one later on, when i have the time)

i tried to play around with the timings and i have the same problem, it hangs/crashes all the time.

i allso tried this (from ASUS forum)
set "Memory Remap Feature" to [Enabled]
(if a 32-bit OS set to [Disabled])

AI Tweaker
Set:
AI Overclock Tuner [Manual]
DRAM Frequency [DDR3-1333MHz]
DRAM Timing Control [Manual]
Pri. Information (first four values):
Set 9-9-9-24 DRAM Clocks - the rest in Auto

DRAM Voltage [1.70V]

And it didnt work either.

'memory remap' is to make 4GB + visible to the OS.

at this stage, its pretty certain somethings bad in the PC. either the rams bad or its something we have no hints toward.

The Rampage was by default on ENABLE.
Im gonna buy a cheap ddr3 memmory stick and test with it, se if that works.
And then try another PSU and se how that works.

il be back.
IN the mean time, if anyone has any idea, please post it. Any help is appreciated.

its definately the memory then... wouldnt be the "communication between memory and mobo" as you say.... get another pair of DDR3 and tyoure all set to go ;)

I have the same ram and motherboard. Had to set the voltage to 1.8 and no problems but it would not run at 1.5. Timings are set to auto. What cpu you running and set to what? Is it overclocked? Is your ram unlinked so it stays the same speed when you overclock your cpu?
