Well a little odd, but I'm about 99% sure its the power supply.
It's a small Antec 350 watt with 16 amps on 12volt.
A e6420, 4x512 ddr2 @ 1.8, 2 hard drives, 2600xt gddr4, sound card, fairly loaded system.
Anyways I'm about dead certain this is the issue considering it wont barely boot if its overclocked at all...
More or less curious if anyone had an idea as to why it would restart exiting the game versus running 3dmark06 or while playing the game....
